Why GWP?
Our goal is to help lower the barrier to entry for investing in real estate, for the everyday investor. We strive to provide high long term yields, in an honest and principled fashion. GWP is changing the Real Estate Syndication game, by providing investors with voting rights on major equity decisions. We are helping investors not only build long term wealth with GWP, but also teach them on how to do it themselves.
Meet Our Team
Sam Farman
Sam Farman
Sam has been a Real Estate Investor since 2020. After working at a New York property management company out of college, he realized the long term benefits of property ownership, based on the numbers he was reporting on the managment side. He bought his first property in 2020 and has been partnered with Escamilla since 2021. Together they have done 11 deals and over 15 transactions. Sam also spent several years working for Amazon in New York, doing sales and advertising. He also works with a property management company in NYC and Miami.
Joe Escamilla
Joe Escamilla
Joe is a loan officer extraordinaire, turned Real Estate Investor. He has been a loan officer since 2018 and immediately saw the wealth benefits of property investing. He has been a Real Estate investor since he bought his first property in 2020, doing a live-in-flip on Long Island, NY. Over the years, he has helped hundreds purchase and refinance homes across the country and is GWP's expert on the lending side of real estate investing. He currently lives with his wife in Charleston, SC.
